DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. These guys had the audacity to try to charge me an extra $1500 to fix a relatively minor water leak (and related water damage) on an under-warranty Grand Design 3100RD that I hadn’t even bought from them yet. That’s right, they wanted me to pay to fix *their* rv for something they should have known about before we settled on price. Mike (sales) was unprofessional and lied to me constantly, claiming the leak was fixed when I had just returned from watching water dripping out the bottom. He seemed angry that I even asked to have it fixed at all. Keith (the GM) was of no help at all and only seemed concerned that he and his daddy (Larry, the owner) wouldn’t make enough money off me. They claimed they had already thrown in $1500 worth of “extras” and that it would “hurt the bottom line.” But in reality the “extras” consisted of a used hitch and some old hoses that I didn’t even ask for. These guys give Grand Design a bad rep. This is not the kind of service I would expect from an authorized Grand Design dealer.

Drove from ft myers(3 hours) specifically for this dealership for my new camper. Had a manufacturer issue with the camper in less than a month and they asked how soon I could get it there. Any other dealership would've taken months and this company had me on the road in less than 24 hours. I cannot say enough for the level of service I received and what they were willing to do in making my issues right. They make you feel like family with everyone you talk to. From initial contact by sales to delivery drive off today all facets were stress free and flawlessly performed by the staff at Palm Beach RV. We were tough customers from the complexity of the deal through the walkthrough and finally with pickup/delivery. We've had some recent and past horrible experiences at other dealerships and Van made sure everything went right from the onset. We had numerous lessons learned and Van took each one to heart and made us feel very comfortable with the dealership and process. Ashley did an amazing job with the business side of the deal. We are very happy so far with our experience! The sales person was very helpful and all the staff is extremely friendly. We love our RV and are enjoying our relationship with the dealership. They held our RV for 3 months after we gave them a $10,000 deposit until we sold our house, this I found to be extremely helpful and I don't believe I would have received this consideration from any other larger dealership. Our experience with PB RV was exceptional. We had drove over a hour to a competitor twice and still didn’t see RVs. We left frustrated and drove to PB RV and immediately was met by Jamie Hord who showed us every model we wanted to see. I had done extensive research and we were ready to buy. Turns out the model I wanted they took in on trade that day. It was 1 year old. From the purchase to Finance with Ashley, and pick up a few days later, our experience couldn’t have been better. We purchased our first camper last week and had an amazing experience. We looked at so many different models and floor plans deciding what we liked and couldn’t live without. We were given guidance based on what we were looking for and then given freedom to look around without any pressure. It took us several trips to finally decide on our perfect fit and each time we were greeted warmly. I can’t say enough about how great the staff is there. From the front desk, to sales, to finance, parts and the wonderful technicians who educated us on all the features and how to operate our new camper. This is our first camper and my husband was a bit nervous about towing it. That’s when the owner, Keith stepped up with assurance that he would personally make sure that we are set up with the proper towing equipment. And he did just that. He took down the VIN # from our truck. He ordered measured and installed a hitch and brake control system on our truck. Then once installed, did a test drive with us to make sure all was well before we drove it off the lot for the first time. Above and beyond is an understatement when it comes to the service we received. And I must mention that the great service did not end after we wrote the check. My husband had a question about one of the automated systems on our camper after hours and had no trouble getting in touch with Keith for an immediate answer. Amazing to find a place nowadays where everyone seems to truly love what they do. We were treated like family from the moment we walked through the door. We had a wonderful experience all around and would definitely recommend Palm Beach RV to anyone and everyone who is looking for a camper and a community of people who truly care.
